Mary Jo made herself available to answer the many questions I had through out the home buying process. She explained concepts clearly and allayed any concerns I had. She has a good knowledge of the various loan programs and products and was able to recommend and find several grants that I qualified for. In the end, at settlement, I did not need to bring additional funds to the table! I felt confident that Mary Jo and her team on my side through out the whole process. Thanks Mary Jo!
