In the beginning, Mary Jo and her team were awesome! She took the time to talk with me, answer questions, and was patient as I worked out what I wanted to do, and the different incentives I wanted to use. She was responsive and fast. Once I submitted an offer and started the actual loan process, the process became frustrating. I would get a list of everything, then 3 days later, I'd get a new list with all new items. This happened several times and was so stressful.

Mary Jo was encouraging, accessible, and went the extra mile. She explained things to me. She was committed to me as a client, not a particular property. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Especially first time buyers.
