Kathleen was great! She made the process so easy for me, which was important as a first time buyer because everything was new to me. She was always available to answer my questions and explain things when I didn’t understand them. She was on top of everything and got me a great rate. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone buying a home, first timers or seasoned buyers.

Kathleen is a beast!! She found me every dime I needed and deserved. I am so thankful to have had her in my corner the entire time. She was my lender, counselor, psychiatrist and very much a professional.

Alex went above and beyond to help me through this whole process. Going into my first meeting, I knew virtually nothing about how to buy a house. He patiently walked me through everything and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. Alex is a problem-solver and he worked with me for several months to make sure I was able to close on my condo. I don't know how I could have done it without his help and I'm so grateful to have worked with him!

Michael Jenkins was the epitome of what you want in a mortgage loan representative. He is the whole reason my experience was as good as it was. To be honest it was a bit difficult at times dealing with what the underwriters wanted and the time in which they wanted it in. Michael made it seamless to get things accomplished. He stayed on top of everything, was respectful of my time and when I could speak, and worked with me every step of the way. I would recommend everyone to use Michael!

Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very patient in working with me and answering my numerous questions (sometimes twice!). He was also very patient with me and explained all the answers to my "whys" and "what ifs". I'm a first time home buyer so I gave him a run for his money. Yet all the time, Alex was very Professional in every way I expected!
