I wish the refi had gone a little faster, but it's a challenging time and also a time when the number of refis is much higher than is typical.

What can I say, Alex is the best! This was the first time we had ever refinanced a home, had no idea what was entailed. Alex was very transparent and took his time to explain everything about the refi process and helped us get the best deal!
