Updates are emailed at appropriate intervals. Required tasks are clearly communicated. Task completion is promptly acknowledged. And... if there are any issues, Kathleen is quick to hop on the phone to resolve them with good humor.

Kathleen and the team were so amazing. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions, and they were all answered honestly and sincerely. Kathleen made time for us and taught us about the entire homebuying and loan process and went into such care and detail that blew us away. Once we decided to go with PRMI, Kathleen and her team were so organized and friendly.
