Kathleen is a wonderful communicator and super easy to work with. She was attentive and responsive and I thought the online portal system made providing all the documentation really easy. She is thoughtful and really listened to what my objectives were and gave me multiple ways to think about achieving them. Overall, she's awesome!!

Mr. Wald was extremely professional, courteous and patient, in addition to being an essential source of information, support and support throughout the loan preparation and application process. Once we submitted the information required, he safely steered us through the Scylla and Charybdis of this tedious and demanding undertaking. His team, especially Michael ,was always there for us, ready to answer our questions and concerns at all hours of the day. But here's what you really need to know, and my wife and I can't stress this enough: When we first approached Jon, we had little hope that we could secure a loan. Jon, never had a doubt. As I write this, we're sitting in comfortably in our new home. Jon and his staff worked nothing short of a miracle for us. Need we say more?
