As a first time homebuyer, it was great to have a team that was so responsive, and who took the time to explain all of the complicated steps and information that go into buying a house. Kathleen had experience with the different grant programs in Baltimore City which was very helpful, and everything was very smooth!

Kathleen was great! She really took the time to educate us on the homebuying process, and answered all of our questions. As first time homebuyers we were pretty nervous, but we felt like we were in capable hands throughout the process, and Kathleen and her time were always prompt in responding to our calls and messages. Kathleen is also very knowledgeable of the different grant programs in Baltimore City, which was helpful, and PRMI offered one of the best rates (we checked around with about 4-5 other lenders). Would definitely recommend!
