Our home buying experience began a little over a year ago when my fiance and I began the process of purchasing our first home. We searched high and low until we fell in love with a home located in close proximity to our families. After falling in love with it, we learned that the property was a foreclosure and required a REO loan format that our initial lender did not provide. Our realtor, who was also a godsend, recommended Eric as a person who could put us in the right direction. We messaged Eric for the first time late at night and much to our surprise he responded almost immediately. This work ethic and attitude was just the beginning of our exceptional experience with him. He continually amazed us with his desire to keep us motivated, positive, and informed of our current standing in the loan process. He attended a walk through with our contractor to provide valuable input on what may be required from a lenders standpoint and was readily available to answer any and ALL questions that popped into our heads. As the time to close came closer, Eric explained in layman's terms what was going to happen and what we should expect from the lending company. With our loan there were plenty of ups and downs, but Eric always found a solution and kept the sailing smooth. Throughout the whole process Eric has really become a friend and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lender.

Kathleen and team took time to explain every step of the process. The team was always quick to answer my calls and return my questions. They also explained clearly what they needed and why they needed it. Her team was able to also get it so I closed a week ahead of schedule and locked in a much lower interest rate!
