As a first time homebuyer, Kathleen was an invaluable guide to the mortgage pre-approval process. She works tirelessly for her clients. In our case, we put in an offer over Mother's day weekend and despite the inconvenient timing, she had her portion of her paperwork in before we were done with ours.
