When everyone else told me it wasn’t possible to buy a house, Lee Smith made it happen and helped me buy my first house. He is an easy going guy and was extremely helpful in helping me with the loan process. It was a smooth transition and I definitely will be working with Lee for my next home purchase.

Buying a house is a big step and commitment in ones life and what I thought would be a scary experience. My husband and I decided to go with Lee from Bank of Albuquerque after a great recommendation from another customer of his and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Lee and his staff were very responsive and there every step of the way no matter what time or day we called with questions. Lee is awesome, answered all my questions and then some. Few hiccups in my process that were beyond our control, but he was with me the whole time. He also gives the impression he is always on the clock-take a break Lee :)

Lee and his team were wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive in answering questions and always kept me updated on the status of my loan. I had low expectations based on previous experiences but Lee set the bar higher in making my home buying experience easy and understandable.
