Lee was very professional, knowledgeable and always answered any questions I had, even if I felt they were silly. He broke everything down for me in terms that I could understand and gave me several options multiple times, because I could not decide which route I wanted to go. I never got the impression that he was annoyed with having to keep explaining things or running different scenarios for me. I ran into a bump two days before closing and documents needed to be corrected and he made sure that they were corrected and approved quickly to ensure that I could still close on schedule. I am grateful to have been introduced to Lee as I feel he made the purchase of a home a bit easier (if that is even possible haha). I will definitely use Lee again in the future if I decide to purchase another home.

Working with Lee Smith was an excellent experience. He is very knowledgeable and responsive, and he put us (first time homeowners) at ease by explaining the process and keeping in contact throughout the process. Not only was Lee Smith able to find us a better rate than other lenders, but just as importantly, he was able to explain in detail the many different pieces that go into pricing a mortgage and purchasing a home. His technical explanations were always clear, and he treated us with intelligence (even though neither my wife nor I had been in a math class for decades!) and respect. In other words, not only did he show confidence and expertise, but more impressively, he made us feel confident in our choices, as well. He kept in touch with us throughout the ups and downs of our home search, and at no point did we ever feel pressured or frustrated. As first-time home buyers, we feel fortunate to have connected with a lending agent who was so transparent, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will certainly be recommending him to friends and family in the future.
