Lee and his team were extremely professional, personable and they went above and beyond in helping me to secure my home. He provided extra information at each step along the way letting me know my options and even helping me to save money with his recommendations. He was also really fast in communication and documentation which ended up playing a vital part in me ultimately getting my home given that I was bidding in a really competitive market. At my home closing all of the parties that were involved even commented to me what a great lender I had and how they enjoyed working with him. I definitely would use his services again if I needed to, and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Lee was very prpfessional. When the lender I was going to use fell through, he took me as a client and worked hard to get me qualified and still meet my closing date. I am so thankful to him.

Like they say in the real estate profession - Location, Location, Location! With Lee Smith Banker at B of A in Albuquerque it's Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! Lee had a very short time frame to get us closed after we had switched from a lender that was not up to par on the home we were purchasing and Lee made it happen!! We were referred to Lee by a good friend that had great results from Lee and we certainly were not disappointed. I was also selling a home and my buyer was not getting the best results from his lender so we recommended Lee and his team. My buyer had even a smaller window of time at this point to get closed after switching from his lender to go with Lee. Lee and his team made both closings happen and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process! I would recommend Lee to anyone. He always there to answer questions and made the whole process as stress free as could be.

Lee Smith is just absolutely wonderful to work with! He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He makes the entire process as pleasant and as easy as it possibly can be.
