We put an offer on a manufactured home and my original financing pulled out last minute. My realtor recommended Lou as he has experience financing manufactured homes. I gave him a call, he asked me a few insightful questions and then he said we could make it work! I had a preapproval letter two hours letter. It was so smooth and he took all the worry off of my shoulders.
