Annette was incredible! She kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire loan process simple and easy to understand. Annette made sure we were able to close as early as possible and when we ran into a snag, she jumped into action and resolved the issue. I know there are a zillion details that occur in the background on a loan, and Annette managed the process expertly and professionally, and with very little effort on our part. She is a delight to work with, and made our cross-country move much less stressful. We so enjoyed working with Annette and PRMI. She definitely has all our future business!!!!!

Good Morning, Everyone knows that the purchasing of a home can be and is very very stressful. Annette and Her Team of Professionals made the experience of my new home purchase as smooth as possible. Which I really really appreciated. Everyone I worked with in preparing for the closing of the purchase helped and guided me through the process. The whole team and especially Annette stayed in constant contact and updated me along the way with every little detail. Sometimes several times a day if needed and answered every question I had. Everything is done on-line now days the definitely faster however that can create it's own set of problems with someone who is not an expert with a computer. This is where Annette and her team excelled in helping me. Everyone was So helpful in helping me understand what was needed to complete the sale and how to do everything the right way. The process was so smooth that the closing date was actually moved up which from what I understand is difficult on a manufactured home purchase. I know this is their job, but in todays day and age it's hard to get that personal and truly interested in helping You attention and care that I felt I received. There is not much more I can say other than THANK YOU SO MUCH!
