My husband and I have known Kim for just about 5 years now. She was there when we bought our current home and is now assisting in the purchase of a second home. She also helped do a refinance on our current home which lowered our interest rate which then lowered our us monthly payment. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of the mortgage business. With all of the paperwork involved in the purchase of any home, Kim was right there helping us thru it. We would highly recommend Kim to anyone. She is the best!
