Kaoru was not only extremely polite, patient, and informative, but he made me feel completely comfortable through the entire process (even through my 1000's of questions, phone calls and emails). He was so easy to get a hold of and made the sometimes intimidating home buying process easy.
I also knew that I qualified for the Live Near Your Work program, but had no idea on how to go about getting that process started. Kaoru was essentially an expert on this grant program and walked me through every step. He also, did some research on what other grant programs I qualified for. Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance.
