I knew from the beginning that my loan would be very difficult to get approved. Kaoru would tell me time and time again that we would figure everything out and to not worry. Settlement almost fell through at the very end, but he somehow managed to figure everything out. Kaoru worked hard and fast on this loan. My biggest concern was having a place for my dogs to go and he took that very seriously and now my dogs have a house to go home to. Kaoru is the best!

Karou and his team worked quickly to get us pre-approved for a mortgage and then were always available for us as we had questions throughout the home buying process. As we went through the negotiating process, Kaoru was available for us, many times late into the evenings to ensure that our real estate had everything she needed. After we went under contract, we stayed informed up until the end on the status of our loan.
