Keri is very hands on and her down to earth personality makes you feel like you have known her your whole life. This process can be very stressful and once you get to underwriting, you’re pulling hair out with so many submittals and waiting for the final word. We were in a time crunch and Keri continued to guide us and keep us calm; reassuring everything would go as planned. She was right!
