Mr. Senker was recommended on a web site of a reputable realtor in the area. I emailed him and he immediately got in touch with me. I was pleasantly surprised by his overall approach to his business. Mr. Senker was on the ball through it all and had everything in order from start to finish. I thought timing was going to be an issue. He managed my expectations up front and did let me know we were at risk due to the time of the month we got started. However, in the end he was able to make it all happen. I greatly appreciate Mr. Senker's service and would highly recommend him.
