Jeff and the team at PRMI were personable and easy to work with. They made the process from pre qualification through closing painless and easy. Jeff was always available to answer questions or concerns even after typical "business hours". The availability was a huge positive and prevented us from missing work while completing the mortgage process.I would highly recommend Jeff and PRMI to others for their mortgage needs.

Jeff always kept me informed on every step of the loan process, he was courteous and always responded back to me if I needed to contact him. I would go thru Jeff again or recommend him to everybody , he helped me with the purchase of my house in Jan. 2015 and told me he would stay in touch and let me know if rates went down as few months went by Jeff called me and said it was good time to refinance . So he helped me again with the refinance process and everything went smooth. I thank him for his time and professionalism and I believe he would do the same for anybody else

Jeff is a superb individual and his commitment and responsiveness to his clients are unparalleled. I recommend him to anyone who needs to purchase or refinance a loan. I have not seen a professional as responsive to emails and calls, as Jeff is. Jeff is honest and truly wants what is best for you and your family. He does not try and sell you on anything you don't need. Jeff went above and beyond his duties for us!

I can not say enough about Jeff. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. His commitment to his clients are unbelievable. He was always available anytime I called day and night.
