Jeff was there every step of the way and explained in detail any issues that that may have been confusing. Usually I could call Jeff direct and have him answer, but never waited more that 2 hours for a call back, and he always called back. His team is second to none, as they followed Jeff's ideals in servicing customers. Whether phone, email or text, Jeff and his team were always there.
