We have financed 3 new homes with Jeff and 2 two refi's with him in between purchases. Each loan went smoothly from start to finish. They all closed on the date Jeff told us they would. The fee's matched or were a bit less than we were quoted. Jeff was available almost 24\7 and returned all of our calls promptly. I have recommended Jeff to many people and will continue to do so.

Jeff was very helpful to us as first-time home buyers. He listened to us as we desribed our preferences and our financial and life situation. He was willing to work with us on what we wanted to do and gave wise advice as we explored every option. When a good opportunity to refinance was made available, he alerted us to it and ensured we moved forward in wise fashion. We are extremely grateful for Jeff's assistance in financing our home.

Jeff Thomas is a reliable, knowledgeable loan officer who has been able to organize and close multiple loans (refi and new purchase) at the same time to make complicated real estate transactions happen. I am a repeat customer - Jeff has handled multiple loans for me since 2008 - and I would not hesitate to seek out his services again.
