I was 100% satisfied working with Jacob and his team! They were always so quick to respond when communicating about our refinance process. Jacob is very knowledgeable and even worked late on a Friday night getting our rate locked in. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jake was always there even after hours and weekends/holidays to assist me. Explained anything I didn't understand or questioned. He even found ways to lift my spirits or make me laugh when things got stressful.
