Jacob was amazing to work with from the beginning to the end. He was always accessible and even on a holiday while he was home and was at the grill cooking! He made us feel comfortable and explained everything about each step of the loan process very well. Going above and beyond doesn’t even begin to explain how he was there for us. This whole experience was a God thing and we truly believe that God brought Jacob to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.He helped to make a dream come true!

Watch out "Jake from State Farm"! There is a new Jake in town! The process was smooth and the communication was great! Cheryl was also a pleasure to work with, highly responsive and super helpful! Will recommend the team at PRMI whenever possible!
