10/10 would recommend. He has a laugh that makes everything you say seem actually funny and important. Very professional individual. The first interaction I had was after 9 p.m. which was already a surprise to me how available he made himself for my convenience. Also worth noting, I had 40 minutes to get approved to make an offer on my house, and he made it happen when a bank told me it would take at least a day.
