Victor is the absolute real deal. He treats you like you’re a concierge client. He provides you with total individualized attention and knows exactly what is going on with your file at all times and despite how many people he is working with. Victor and his team at Frist Savings Bank hit a home run for me once again! Victor did such a great job for me on an existing home re-finance late last year that I asked him to help finance the purchase of a second (vacation) home for us, and did he ever come through... We closed weeks early with a great rate and terms. The whole process went smoother than I could have imagined. Victor and his team were in continual communication though-out, answering questions and helping to solve the few minor problems we had with others. I almost wish I had a third home to purchase just to experience the pleasure of working with Victor once again.

I'm sure Victor knows his way around a standard FHA loan, but if your loan doesn't "conform" to standard guidelines, he will be utterly useless. I only wish he had been upfront about his limitations, before I wasted over a month of my time. I was completely honest about the unconventional nature of my home, but was assured that it was "the appraiser's job" to worry about it. As I said, a waste of my time and money, since rates went up while I was waiting. And waiting. And then I had to start all over again with a different lender. That's the reason for the poor review.
Reply from Owner: I explained upfront that everything is based off the value of the home and that based on comparable sales that the house will not appraise to be able to qualify for the loan. Borrower still wanted to pay and proceed with the appraisal. When the appraised value came in too low to qualify the borrower decided to post a bad review.
