Things financially for my wife and I were pretty bad. I contacted 4 mortgage companies including the one I currently had, all said no, not possible to refinance so don't even bother applying. Credit score in the mid 500's, too high of a debt to income ratio, self employed, I couldn't get anyone to even "try" and help.Victor said it could be done, and worked very hard on this pushing all the way, and he got it done!
