I have completed 5 mortgage loans with Vic , he is a work horse, honest/fast/professional and delivers what he promises every single time. It seems like he does so much business that every once in a while the lion comes across some sheep that don’t appreciate hard work , that want free loans and zero cost loans, these customers rarely qualify and always blame others for their mistakes, hence the few bad/false reviews that Vic has.

The guy is a work horse. Explains everything upfront, updates daily, easy to reach, always puts the customer first, listens well and delievers what he promises. My 2nd and 3rd loans had almost no costs.

He ghosted me. I'm out a certain amount of money. Lesson Learned. I did close the loan this was transaction outside of loan. It really hurts that he was dishonest and had an accomplish. Smoke and mirrors
Reply from Owner: When the borrower did not qualify in house i was able to refer the borrower to another lender that closed the loan. Money was spent on two appraisals and was refunded at closing. It hurts when so much hard work is put into helping a client save money and they are not thankful in the end because of issues that were out of the control of the loan officer.
