Victor contacted me a year after I refinanced, due to the fact that the last time was a "cash out" the rate was higher. He contacted me to let me know he could drop my already low rate by over 1/2 a percent. I have researched and have 2 friends that do the same thing as he does, and his pricing is the best! By a long shot! He moves to the deal, and makes it happen. I have referred 2 friends already. Great communicator. Next time he is in AZ, we are meeting for dinner! Vic was in a tough spot on my list of mortgage companies. Actually at the bottom when we started. But he offered the best rate, and was honest up front about what he could offer, so he even beat out our local favorites. We wanted to give our business to a Texas company, but his outstanding integrity and customer service sold us hands down. The other companies started with high rates and fees and wanted to bargain down, Vic was honest about rates and fees all through the process. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a used car guy. Our Title agent also commented that Cross-Country was the best she had ever dealt with. She was extremely impressed! Also, thanks for shortening your full name to VIC, neither of us could pronounce the rest, even after a few drinks. LOL!
