Victor Y, Paul C and Tealla B were all very helpful. They stayed in constant communication with me through phone, email and text and Vic was often available late hours to address questions I had with the mortgage process. His team members Paul and Tealla did a nice job working with my mother and I to get the paperwork process taken care of. They were patient and helpful in the process as documentation needed collecting from different sources. The mortgage process did take longer than expected and there were times I had to keep re-faxing things to them, but overall we all worked together to get everything complete and they delivered on their promise. Vic explained the process fairly well but I also make sure to ask a lot of questions. I definitely would recommend this team.

I had challenge after challenge with my re-fi, but each time, Victor rolled up his sleeves and found solutions. He is creative, honest, forthright, persistent, and will advocate on your behalf during the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone going through the refinance process. And just to clarify the multiple choice option that my fees were higher than expected: those were VA fees and payoff fees, not fees from Victor or Cross Country Mortgage.

Should be Victor's credo. From start to finish Victor was with us every step of the way. We had a few bumps in the beginning with the appraiser that was assigned to us, but Victor took care of the problem and got us a new one and things went smoothly from that point on. My wife and I can not say enough about Victor and his co-workers. Refinancing or buying a home is never fun, but Victor made the whole process alot easier and painless. We would not think twice about calling Victor if we ever decide to buy another home in the future. You shouldn't either. You won't regret it. I promise.

He always kept me in the loop of what was happening and what step in the process I was in. This helped me greatly because I am a first time home buyer and this is the first time using my VA home loan. I wasnt for sure of how everything worked but he was always there to answer my questions in hours, not days like some would have taken. The loan didn't take anytime at all to be pre approved and then the final approval was also fast, 3 weeks and I closed. Anything that slowed the process was of my own fault. He is easy to talk to and very professional.

Victor knows what he is doing and is very helpful and he has a good personalty attached to him. I will advice my brothers to refinance with him because of the how easy he made the process for me.
