If you are not ready for a loan, don't contact Victor. But when you are, hang on tight for the ride. Victor is relentless in getting your loan from application to closing in the shortest time possible, with an attention to detail that defies such a quick transition. Victor promises the best customer service, and delivers even more - all the way through to the final signatures on the closing documents. AAA+++

Victor did right by me. He got me the best possible rate on two properties. He reached out to me while I shopped around and he didn't beat the rates other lenders had he crushed them!!! I went from a 30 year mortgage to a 15 year on a house that I have had for 18 months and we are only paying an additional $500/month and no more mortgage insurance. Also he saw that I had another property and I had just refinanced it and he asked me if he could give me a quote and he saved me $170/month on that loan as well. He was very much on top of things all the time and works to make the customer happy. He does whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. He was available nights, weekends, pretty much 24/7. I strongly recommend him. If he cant make it happen for you, then what you are asking for is impossible!

He closed my loan even with all the changes that were thrown at him! Being self-employed it is always a challenge. Victor worked through it all and was able to get everyone on the same page.

Victor has personally helped me with 3 home refinances through CrossCountry Mortgage. He always responded to my inquires regardless of what time I emailed him; and he followed through with the numbers to the very end. I did experience issues with figures not matching with what was originally discussed but I believe that was a disconnect between CrossCountry Staff and not Victor himself. He fought to get everything perfect and overall got what me and my family needed in a home refinance. If you are quick to respond with required documents, Victor is quick to deliver. As I mentioned in the beginning, I’ve used Victor and CrossCountry the last 3 times and if they ever did wrong to me, I’d would have never returned but they haven’t!
