I was referred to Vic by a friend and I am glad I found him. Vic helped us close on a refinance of an FHA loan. No more PMI! Throughout the process Vic always did exactly what he said he would. He's fast, reliable, and a great communicator. I highly recommend him.

Just closed a refinance mortgage and I have to say Victor Yefremenko made it feel like a walk in the park. He was able to get us out of a nightmare of a mortgage with a horrible company which had seemed impossible to do. However, he made it happen and quickly, I may add.
