Great - Jerry; great personality, efficient, and very knowledgable. Made it a great first-time home buying experience, very enjoyable.
Just OK - (1) The timing of my documentations being requested (was at a fast pace then delayed, to which I was still waiting to be "cleared" the day before my Closing Date.) (2) The communication when requesting documentation was not as clear as it could have been.

Jerry helped me tremendously with not only making sure I took the right steps with my credit, but helping me get my loan. He was very patient with my numerous questions, and helped me get the right qualifications for the loan that best fit. I would highly recommend.
