Gerald was prompt, always answered questions, and made the buying process pleasant for us. He explained the process to us early on, and we were able to prepare ourselves and have our documents ready for when our files were ready to go to underwriting. We were not local and he was very helpful by phone and email. I don’t think we could ever find anyone as reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful as he is.
