Alicia was great about communicating in a timely manner. She was also great about taking the time to make sure I fully understood the answers to any questions I had. When there was a bump in the road, she was able to figure out and/or explain why, and then help get past whatever the issue was. As stressful as buying a home is, an individual like her that cares about the client makes a positive difference.
