I don’t know what you pay this guy but you need to pay him more. He’s an absolute asset to PRMI as a company and to all home buyers in his area. He was competent and willing during all phases during the deal. His extensive knowledge and situational awareness made the process as smooth as possible even during times of adversity. I highly recommend this agent in the future to anyone looking to buy a house, no matter the circumstances.
