Harry and his team were very accessible. Whenever I did not understand something or had questions, if I sent an email inquiry, I would always get a response within 15-30 minutes. If I didn't, then I would receive a text from Harry explaining he was unavailable but would get back to me as soon as he could. I didn't like hearing from new people without warning, but once I explained my concern, it never happened again.

It would have been better to have understood how difficult the underwriting process would be as we engaged in the process. If I had known I might have done this a little differently. That said, Harry provided considerable insight and guidance when things became difficult. I don’t fault Harry at all for these difficulties and give him the bulk of the credit for getting us through the whole process.

The only reason I do not make myoverall poor is because of Keith Hubbard who stepped in when my primary contact was too busy to provide status and explain why every promised deliverable was late or not met at all. Keith saved the deal and, frankly, a report to the better business bureau. I might consider recommending PRMI if it could be ensured that Keith could handle everything
