While Harry Payne has a wealth of knowledge and he was exceptional; however, once he handed off my loan to underwriting it seem I was forgotten. I receive a SSA Verification form which display my SS# via email...and we all know the Internet is not safe for such documents. At end I thought my loan was going to be denied because I did not receive any communication. With my loan closing more than a month late, and the other mishaps it left a sour feeling at the end of the PRMI process.
