Austin was readily available to answer our questions. If he was not in the office, he was very quick to return our calls. Austin tried to help us several year ago, but it had not been long enough since the short sale on our other home. He explained that to us when others wouldn't. He also kept our contact information and called us to see if we were still interested in pursuing a mortgage once the required amount of time had passed.
