As a full time Realtor, I can confidently say Ian is a breath of fresh air. Not only does he get the job done - he is extremely easy to work with! From conventional loans, Gov’t backed loans to construction loans - Ian WILL get the job done! It’s been a pleasure working with him. I highly encourage anyone seeking advice to call him!
