Better communication, and a better idea of the closing costs involved in buying our condo. For example, there were a few times when I received confusing information late on a Friday afternoon, and I had to wait until Monday morning to get answers to any questions I had.
I was also not given accurate information on closing costs. The final number was almost $1,000 more than what we expected it to be.

Armando, Barbara, and staff were absolutely wonderful! We always felt that we were in the best of hands.
