Kyle got an extremely difficult loan closed quickly and on time. I have been investing in real estate for several years, and Kyle has never failed to come through for me. Kyle has closed several loans for me in the past. This most recent loan, we had to do a property split, a title transfer and work out lein details with a short term lender, all in the span of about 3 weeks! Kyle will always be my go to loan officer!
