As a Realtor I have worked with dozens of lenders over the years and I can truly say that Beau is in a league of his own. Beau offers competitive rates, a variety of loan programs and exceptional communication. Plus if a buyer does not qualify, he will work with them to determine the steps to get them qualified and help them through that process. Of the last 50+ transactions I have closed I can confidently say the smoothest ones with the happiest buyers have all been with Beau.

If you’re looking for a home loan or refinance PRMI is your place. I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process. Annie and Beau made the process so effortless for us and were on top of everything. They worked around the clock, hard, fast, and explained everything so thorough we didn’t feel in the dark when it came to the tedious transaction.
Annie DeBoer, Beau Bradley’s loan partner was on top of the whole process doing everything in her power to make sure our loan was closed fast, efficient, proficient, and she made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was the glue that made everything go together seamlessly. Annie was excellent at making sure we were updated along the way and you can tell she truly cared about us. She knew our needs and gave us the best service. Because of how hard Annie worked we were able to close a week earlier than expected.
Beau Bradley has great terminology to help describe the whole process. We really feel like we understand what we were doing and signing and that is a huge relief. He worked hard and watched the patterns and market tediously to make sure he was locking us in at the best rate possible. He was honest with us and was able to get us the exact payment we were hoping for *actually lower!* Beau had the best customer service and really bent to work around our crazy work schedules to to meet at times that worked and were convenient for us.
Every time we walked into PRMI it was an upbeat positive and friendly energy and environment. They served the best customer service and really took such good care of us. This won’t be the last time PRMI won’t be getting our business. ☺️
