To give the applicant a 2nd list of items to be sent to them, and give it midway through the process.
Also explain why a certain form of information is required.
Also, check that attachments sent to the applicant have page #s, are spaced so that complete pages show up on the receivers screen.
Also, make sure all font is 12, out of consideration for those applicants who wear glasses.
When giving any information to a client, verbal communication Must be clearly pronounced.
