Glen and PRMI certainly went above to make our refinance experience possible. They were able to beat all the other competitors. I dealt with a different company before and the response time was terrible. Glen, however answered his phone in his vacation and got me answers within minutes. He is very dedicated to his work and it shows. 11/10 would recommend.

Everything was great with Glen was very prompt when we asked questions. If I did have to make a complaint it would not be with him but at settlement the title person did not show up. Had meeting at 5:45 she didn't show up for. We called around 6:15 and was told she was 45 min out and could she meet us at our house at 7pm. So what if we had not called? Got to house at 7:25. Did not introduce herself, nothing. She was nice but coming from a professional job that is not acceptable.
