Glen and his team handled everything from start to finish in such a manner I was surprised about how easy it was. They are responsive and communication happens in a very timely manner. Their online portal at PRMI makes it easy to upload all documents necessary and keep track of what steps need to still be completed. Much more underwhelming than my last home transaction!

Glen Peterson made my first home buying experience the easiest thing my Fiancé and I ever had to do. He made the process smooth and was very easy to work with. I was able to get fantastic rates through him as well. He also referred a realtor to me who was absolutely awesome. Glen is a fantastic guy, he followed through with everything he promised, and ALWAYS got back to me in a timely fashion. Glen did an impeccable job and I will be using him on all of my rental properties I plan on doing in the future. I 100% recommend him to anyone!! I already passed his name on to a couple of my friends. You will make the biggest mistake if you don’t use Glen Peterson. I couldn’t have asked for such a great Loan Officer.
