Kept me up to date with any changes or what could be seen as a setback. Once he knew I worked overnight he would try to accomodate any communications around when I was awake.

Glen provided his services and personal attention as if I were his only priority. Glen listened to my situation and worked different calculations that would be best for my circumstances. I was kept apprised of every detail along the way; my inquiries were responded to by not only Glen, but the team he works with. Glen is definately a 'Man of his Word'. Well, there are Mortgage Loan Specialists and then there's Glen Peterson. Glen went out of his way to help my family throughout the entire process. Glen obviously knows his stuff, as does the entire staff at PRMI. His communication from application to closing was top-notch. He "laymen" explained everything we had a question about and never left us hanging. I thank him and the team at PRMI for the quick and easy job handling our refi, saving us greatly per month.
