Friendly service both in person as well as through virtual channels. The process of uploading information is seamless and digital signing most documents make the paperwork side of things a breeze. Brian is both informative and funny making the process of refinancing stress free. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

From the beginning, Brian was clear and to the point on what was expected of him, and us! He left no question in how the process would unfold and ultimately get us funded and into our home. We have rarely worked with someone who genuinely seemed to care as much about us achieving our goal while still achieving his! 5 stars all around for Brian!

Brian communicates well throughout the process, keeping us informed of the status, and he provides clear direction on documents he needs in order to proceed. Process was relatively painless and with a nice financial benefit.

We contacted Jake early in our process and at that time credit scores had changed due to the pandemic and unfortunately our scores needed work so we didn’t qualify but Jake kept up with info and contacted us when things changed and let us know that he could help our get a home.he kept working with us letting us know what we needed and thanks to Jake we are closing on our new home today Oct 15 in about an hour.Cant thank Jake enough.
