I have used Brian Stephenson’s services multiple times. Whether you are planning to RE-Fi or purchase, he’s THE MAN. Brian sets the proper expectations, is a man of high integrity, and is a great communicator. He is more than a mortgage broker. He truly offers a consultative service to help you understand your options and guides you in making the best choice. I recently moved from NC to FL. Thank God Brian is now licensed in FL. My wife and I used Brian’s services a few years ago after being frustrated trying to work with a bank. We learned a great lesson. Using a mortgage broker is better. Using Brian Stephenson is THE BEST. We decided to move from NC to FL and thank God Brian was no licensed in FL. Love this guy! High integrity, GREAT communicator, sets proper expectations every time and gets the job done!
