Better communication. Return phone calls, texts in a timely manner. Don't the use "I have 3 kids" as an excuse for no response.

Lowell and his team were very friendly, prompt on their service and closed on our home one week ahead of date! They always answered their phones, emails and fax's quickly and when they said the will do something, it was carried out to a "T"!
I highly recommend Lowell and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home!
